Fruit and Cheese Kabobs!

The Seventh Grade students made Fruit and Cheese Kabobs with Yogurt Dip in Consumer Education this week. What a difference one week makes! The students did a great job with lab clean up.

We also discussed microwave techniques and safety this week. The students had a few "horror stories" to share regarding microwave cooking. I am so glad that we haven't had any mishaps in our labs.
